Is my clients' financial data safe?↓
Yes. All data is stored in AWS Mumbai (India). Each company's data is fully isolated using Row-Level Security. We never share or sell your data.
How does the Tally integration work?↓
You download a small Windows Connector from your Settings page. It runs on your machine, polls JadooBooks for approved entries, and posts them to your local Tally installation using the official Tally XML API.
Can I manage multiple client companies?↓
Yes — that's core to JadooBooks. A single login can manage any number of companies. Each company has its own inbox, vendor master, and audit trail. CA firms managing 10–50 clients are our primary users.
Does JadooBooks understand GST and TDS?↓
Yes. Our AI is trained on Indian accounting documents. It extracts GST numbers, validates tax math (CGST + SGST = IGST), computes TDS where applicable, and flags mismatches for review.
What happens to my data if I cancel?↓
You own your data. On cancellation, you can export everything in standard formats. We retain data for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently delete it on request.
Do you offer phone or WhatsApp support?↓
WhatsApp support is available on Professional and Growth plans. All plans get email support. We're a small team — we actually read every message.
